Nebula
"In the world where we may not constantly be accompanied by another, the NEBULA is a reminder that we do not run solo; instead, we carry within many versions of our own selves - because, we are never just one person... .." says Artist Vibhor Sogani.
Nebula, a suspended sculpture made from mirror-finished stainless-steel spheres, invites viewers to reflect on the multi-layered nature of human experience. The polished steel’s reflective surfaces interact with the environment, multiplying and fragmenting reflections as one moves around it.
Sogani was invited to collaborate with Wilson Associates, a Global architectural interior design firm, and studio Mark Lighting Consultants - an international architectural lighting design practice, to create the installation for Dubai Design Week.
